International offers comprehensive pipeline installation and refurbishment services.
Raymond was the pioneer of insitu cleaning, lining
and pipeline refurbishment techniques. The CENTRILINE PROCESS of insitu mortar lining remains the worldwide industry
standard for the cleaning and lining of water mains, firewater lines, and outfalls as well
as a full range of other specialty applications.
Raymond erects pipelines and associated
structures on a lump sum basis while taking overall responsibility from receipt of
materials on a site to the testing and commissioning stage by providing: design
engineering, project planning, project management, site supervision, craftsmen and labour,
pipework supply, coating and lining services, complete site installation, hydrotesting,
commissioning and QC.
Raymond undertakes projects on a worldwide basis. The company tackles a wide range of pipework
installations working with materials such as steel, ductile iron, polyethylene (PE), as
well as specialty materials and polymers.
Pipeline maintenance
Raymond offers complete pipeline services and
maintenance utilising its years of experience encompassing: blast/brush cleaning of
pipework, hydrojetting, rack feed boring, hydraulic cleaning/pigging, cement mortar lining; epoxy resin lining, PE sliplining, grouting, CCTV
inspection surveys and special coating applications. |
