Cured-in-Place-Pipe
are tailored
for the individual pipeline to be
renovated, a felt carrier is impregnated with resin before
being transported to the site location for inversion into the
host pipe.
The liner is inverted through
the pipeline using water hydraulics this pushes the lining
through the pipe and enables the liner to negotiate varying
shapes and bends the water pressure inflates the liner to
create a close fit lining against the host pipe. When
completely inverted the resin is cured by heating the
inversion water or by ambient cure.
The
resultant lining is a structurally sound cured in place
pipe which
enhances the hydraulic flow of the pipeline. In addition the
lining has excellent abrasive resistant
values. |
