INSPECTIONS

Raymond assists with asset integrity management by producing custom designed inspection plans that coincide with periodic turnarounds. Inspections help to enhance the safety and reliability of different plant operations. We can offer non-destructive testing (NDT) services for piping, valves, boilers, turbines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and support structures.

NDT testing techniques include:

All coating inspections are carried out by NACE CIP Level 2 and 3 certified inspectors. Raymond has a long history of working alongside the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) in ensuring that our employees have the most up to date education and training. We are also a corporate member of the organization in order to stay on top of best industry practices.
